Apparently, there's just not a lot of men applying for the "Family Health Services" department. Or, they are and they're not being hired. Either way, it's a horrible double standard -- FHS has a 99% female population, and no one says a thing, but if the IT department is over 75% male, everyone's up in arms about "discrimination."
